1. Wall-Sits

“This is the first exercise to work isometrically, that is, in a stable position, rather than dynamically,” explains Lisa. Stand against a wall with your knees at 90 degrees. If this is painful, you can raise your buttocks higher to slightly more than 90 degrees.

The idea is to first familiarize yourself with the exercise. “I don’t like to prescribe a specific number of repetitions. Let the patient perform a test set first.
